Creating a canidates platform for Siur Mochot students
Siur Jobs was created as a platform for students and graduates of Siur Mochot to
find job opportunities efficiently. Before the website, job postings were scattered
across WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls, making it difficult to keep track of
opportunitys and for employers to reach the right candidates.
The platform was created to solve these issues by providing a proudact that
shows all the candidates with all the information in one place. This transformation
streamlined the job search process and improved communication between
students, graduates, and hiring companies.

The Challenges of a Manual Job Search System
Before Siur Jobs, students faced several challenges in finding employment:
Job listings were shared through emails, making it hard to track job opportunities
and applying. Important job postings often got lost in messages, leading to
frustration among students.
On the other hand companies struggled to reach the right candidates and get all
their information about the canidate in an organized way.
To address these issues, I designed and developed Siur Jobs a structured, user-friendly
applicant board that enables seamless candidates discovery and application.
